Depending on where you're shopping from and what device you're using, you may see a few other express checkout options too.
Currency
All prices and charges are in USD. If your card or payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may add a conversion fee. That fee is set by them, not by us.
When You're Charged
We put a temporary hold on your payment when you place your order. You're charged once the order is confirmed. If something goes wrong, we'll send you an email right away.
Secure Checkout
Your payment information is encrypted and handled by trusted payment providers that meet strict security standards. We don't store your full card details on our site.
Refunds
If you return an item that qualifies for a refund, the money goes back to your original payment method. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show up, but it can take a little longer depending on your bank or card issuer.
Payment Troubles?
If your payment doesn't go through, here are a few things to check:
-
Your card number, expiry date, and security code
-
Your billing address
-
Your card's daily limit or available funds
-
Whether your bank has blocked the transaction
You can also try a different payment method. If it still won't work, email us at service@mokaet.com and we'll help you sort it out.
Taxes and Duties
Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. If your order is subject to customs fees or import duties, those are your responsibility. We don't control them and can't predict what they'll be.
